Mash Up Festival 2013 – Food
Alongside top beer and music Mash Up Festival’s first year is showcasing some of the finest local scran including tasty treats from:
- Flame Pit – Cooking on a smoker over American hardwoods.
- Pizzette – Hand stretched 6″ pizza thrown into the oven 400-500 degrees, then cooked in under 2 minutes from the log burning oven.
- Salsa Café – Serving Spanish orientated food (Nachos, Chilli, Pulled pork sandwiches).
- Whitehouse Farm – Homemade soup & Homemade beef, lamb & pork burgers made with the farm’s produce. Also breakfast sandwiches on the Sunday morning for the happy campers – Including tea, coffee & fresh orange juice.
