About the brewery

Established in May 2000 by Robin Leighton (Dec’d) and John Boyle who shared a mutual passion for real ale and a quality product. Following three months of experimentation and a lot of market research in the local pub, their first cask of Landlord’s Choice was produced in August 2000.

The Brewery grew rapidly on the strength and quality of its ales, winning many awards at festivals around the UK.
